Well
we hope not too many but please let us know of any problems you
are having with QAZ.com.
We
do have a few known bugs listed here.
Internet
Explorer 5.0
There are no known problems with IE5. If you do have any problems
please let us know. Email us at IE5tech@qaz.com
Internet
Explorer 4.0
In IE 4, when a page loads you will get a reported Java Script error.
This is annoying but does not effect the operation of the page.
Simply click on the "Continue Running Scripts" button.
Otherwise things should be working fine. If you do have any problems
please let us know. Email us at IE4tech@qaz.com
Netscape
Navigator 4
There is a problem with the Site Guides under Navigator where the
descriptions will not scroll. Occasionally the text of the Site
Guides appears as a one word column. This can usually be cured by
reloading the page and letting it completely finish loading. We
are seeking a solution to our Netscape problems but this problem
may take several months to cure until the next version of the site
is launched. In 90% of cases the Site Guides are only one window
deep so this should not seriously impair your enjoyment of QAZ.com.
But do let the pages finish loading. Email us at NNtech@qaz.com
if you hit any more problems.
Earlier
versions of Netscape, Internet Explorer and Macintosh
QAZ.com seems to work quite well on the Mac but as only 2.5% of
your visitors are using Macs we have to concentrate of developing
for our mainstream needs. (But please do let us know of bugs and
we will try to get rid of then in our next version. Email us at
MACtech@qaz.com if you hit
any problems.)
Other
browsers
As for other browsers, sorry we will not be supporting them. Simply
trying to make complex code work well with IE and NN is enough of
a headache. We hope that browsers such as the excellent Opera browser
will work fine with the site but older versions of IE and NN are
bound to struggle. If you are running Version 3 browsers it really
is time you upgraded!
General
Problems
